I came based on Google recommendations and had a terrible experience at the location. I came to change the key shell of the Pajero Dakar, and I asked to understand the process when the owner said that a blade had to be cut. I was left confused, and he started shouting that it could be heard from outside at the counter. Terrible service; I have never seen customer service like this. I wasn't asking for any favors and didn't even ask how much the service would cost; I just wanted to know why a blade had to be cut if I had my own, and he didn't like it.
