Did they erase my opinion? The last time I made a stamp with them I was very disappointed, first because I sent a description of how I wanted the stamp via WhatsApp and even knowing that it needed to be a certain size, she made it tiny. I transformed the file to another with the help of a professional and sent it again and even then she made it very small.. when I went to pick up the stamp she said she worked in millimeters and that's why it was small, she tried to tell me that it was 20 mm, obviously it wasn't and even with the ruler next to it showing that what had 20 mm was the wooden part, she kept trying to tell me it was that size. In any case, it wasn't what I wanted and still, she made me pay for another stamp, which also wasn't what I needed... What upset me the most is that she should have told me or tried to convert my cm to mm.
