After buying a magnetic suction cup holder for the air conditioner, I noticed that it was not functional. I returned to the store 2 days later to return it and request a refund. The employee who assisted me had an insulting attitude, saying that 20 reais is nothing to him and informed me that the company's policy would only refund the amount in any product from the store, I was forced to take another product that I had no need for. I believe that management and owners are not aware of articles 18 to 26 of the CDC.
