Service horrible ! Le gars est venu chez moi, a réparé la serrure et a "oublié" de laisser la copie ; il a dû revenir un autre jour, et a changé le cylindre de la serrure ????? En plus, j'ai demandé une copie supplémentaire de la serrure, d'accord, il a dit que le coût était de 7 reais, j'ai laissé le montant sur la table et ensuite j'ai reçu un audio très mal élevé d'un homme qui doit être un supérieur affirmant que j'avais laissé seulement 4,70 reais, que je devais 2,30 😲 Maintenant, dites-moi pourquoi le gars n'a pas vérifié en sortant ? S'il y avait une erreur, je ferais un point de corriger ! J'ai même été obligée d'écouter le manque de respect du superviseur et il m'a bloquée sur WhatsApp. Je ne recommande pas l'entreprise à personne !

J'ai appelé à 16h30 demandant de l'aide pour mon portail électronique. À 11h30 le lendemain, je suis toujours enfermée chez moi parce que personne n'est venu. C'est que j'ai appelé à 9h en demandant s'ils venaient. Irresponsable.

I took a trip with my family and it had everything to not end well. I looked for two other locksmiths in the city and only Chaveiro Ouro do Vale was able to solve the problem with my vehicle quickly. The price was even lower than I expected, especially for being in January. I called a few days ago to inquire about the same service in August and surprisingly... the price was the same. Thank you very much to the company for helping me have a perfect vacation.
