I called to ask for the average visit fee so I wouldn't be surprised by the price, but the person said there was no way to give the price before seeing the service. I should have looked for another one, but since I was out and it was a Sunday, I asked for them to come. They arrived, looked at the doorknob of my apartment and did not identify the problem of the key not opening. They said they would drill and find out if something was broken, the key turned, they said nothing was broken and that the service was ready. They charged me 50.00 without any discount!! I am indeed outraged, they didn't even give me a receipt for warranty, because the key still gets stuck on the second turn!!! In summary, it will cause problems again... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company S.O.S chaveiro that is near the Rondon Plaza shopping... I was very dissatisfied
