Terrible experience! I took four keys to copy, at the time of payment they didn't accept card and there was no notice, I had to go get cash to pay. Only two keys worked, the others didn't even fit in the lock hole, I went back to fix it and the key still didn't work!!! Then I called and they said they would send a locksmith to my house, I waited and the guy simply didn't show up. He came almost 24 hours later and still BROKE THE KEY INSIDE THE LOCK! how can a service be so incompetent???

Out of the 6 key copies made, 4 failed, then, on a new visit, when adjustments were made, 2 of the 4 failed again and then when informed to align how we should proceed, I did not receive a response.
