Worst key company. Trying to fix the key that was made where there is a service sign that is open until 6:30 PM, you can arrive at 6:10 PM and it will already be closed. You call the emergency phone and they say it has already closed. Lack of respect and service with the customer. Good thing there are other locksmiths better to fix the terrible service on the keys that won't open the door.

I called to open a drawer and no one came, lack of commitment to customers, I called and they said they couldn't find the address,

I changed the cover of my car's key fob about 4 months ago. I paid R$ 120.00. Less than a month later, a pin came loose, and I almost lost the key. I took it back there, the kid who attends didn't find another pin to put in, he was on the phone with the store owner for almost half an hour trying to identify where it was stored but couldn't find it! I had to wait for the owner to come from Balneário to put the pin in the key so it wouldn't fall. This week the key started to get stuck, I took off the cover, saw that there was a loose lock, put it back in place and today I went to take it there for them to see what was happening. When I got there, the same attendant told me that the lock had broken. Then I asked if there was a way to replace it for me, and he told me that I would have to buy another cover that costs R$ 120.00. Then I went to see the lock, it's a plastic lock, very thin and apparently of very poor quality. Then I mentioned to him that it had only been 4 months since I changed the cover with them, and that there should be some warranty since it's something expensive and should have a warranty regarding quality. He had the nerve to tell me that the lock breaks if you force the key without unlocking the fob button! Then I said that I am the only one who uses the car key and that I would never force the blade without unlocking the button because it wouldn't make sense to do that! Then he came up with another excuse: The bumps in the street make the key shake in the ignition and break the lock! Honestly, when I heard that, I even gave up arguing because I saw that he is trained to come up with excuses for the customer! I just thought that someone who has been in the market for a long time like this Chaveiro NR should solve the problems related to the failure of materials of the products they sell, instead of making up lame excuses for their customers! #Lack_of_shame!
