They charge a different amount than agreed. Before performing the service, copying for a key fob with decoding + alarm, they said it would be R$ 300.00. I asked if it was R$150.00 for the key + R$150 for the alarm and was told yes. They could not perform the alarm coding, even though the vehicle came from the factory with a key fob with the functions to open and close the doors and open the trunk or alarm, which I lost. Thus, the only completed service was the key fob without the open and close commands or alarm. At the time of payment, they charged R$180.00, thirty reais more than they had told me. I questioned why, since we had agreed on R$150.00, and they said that if I returned, they would charge R$120.00 for the alarm that was not done, totaling R$300.00. I won't waste more of my time speaking ill of these "professionals" and about another service at the same time that they did not resolve and made the situation worse. When you, innocently, go to this establishment, they first say that they can solve any problem, that they do the service, that it is easy. Well, they don't do it and in the end, they still charge more for what they manage to do, to compensate for what they can't.
