And to finish, your reaction is quite mediocre, you were not hired to evaluate anyone's product but to change the lock, so before defaming or slandering any residence, try to perform your service within the deadline and try to give feedback to avoid losing clients. And you even had the nerve to say you went to change the lock for another client when you were already committed to me to finish the service in a specific period that would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you can't handle the demand, don't take on jobs. The right thing would be to lower the price even more due to the lack of commitment, you were the one who determined the budget and not the client.
