I want to express my indignation with one of your service providers, as I hope some action will be taken and this never happens again to another person, if you care about your service. On 12/25, one of your affiliates came to my residence because I had lost my key, upon arriving at the location, I realized that I had forgotten my key in the door. I clearly understand how the fact that the person came here gives him the right to charge me a travel fee, which was my suggestion. The person said he would charge me the service fee (100 reais) EVEN WITHOUT HAVING DONE ANYTHING, I said it was absurd and I would not pay 100 reais. To make matters worse, the employee (who did not want to give his name because he had no character) STOLE THE KEY FROM MY DOOR AND SAID HE WOULD LEAVE THEN! When I pulled him to try to recover my key, he pushed me and practically assaulted me as he was twice my size. I then suggested calling the police so we could resolve the situation (this was already at the reception), such a good character that the citizen who assisted me had started to leave. I was already tired of the rudeness and ended up paying 100 REAIS FOR A SERVICE NOT DONE! (I really needed to get into my house). I want to express my indignation with this service, and I do not recommend it to absolutely anyone! I make it clear that the main issue was not even the 100 reais, it was the citizen HAVING STOLEN MY KEY AND HAVING STARTED TO LEAVE, of course using force was also a hateful act. I emphasize that I hope you understand the situation and provide some kind of training for your employees so they do not go around stealing other people's keys and using aggression as a work technique. An absurd!
