Well, I have been a customer of these gentlemen for some time and have always been well received, but today there was an outburst from the "owner" because he claimed that I had not done the service there! Even spending more than 200.00 on keys with them over the course of 3 months, during which I had to return every time because the copy was always wrong! Anyway, I returned because the gentleman and his other son have always been very attentive to me, this repugnant being treated me poorly as if I wanted to take advantage and benefit from 28.00 reais! I felt humiliated and was even "expelled" in front of other customers who were there, even though I was there to solve a problem they created themselves.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND because when he is having a bad day, he takes it out on someone who has returned there more than 3 times for a poorly done service, or rather done with the greatest bad will in the world. He was a jerk on a low level and I will take this further because I am right and would not bother to deceive someone for miserable 28.00 reais! ALL OF THIS BECAUSE OF A KEY.. I hope from the bottom of my heart that this being, who couldn't even look me in the eyes, thinks carefully before humiliating any customer for a mistake that the customer did not make.
