I called this locksmith, explained the situation, gave the address (Av. Flores da Cunha - Cachoeirinha) where the service would be done and waited. 30 minutes passed and nothing... I called him again and the guy told me he couldn't find me, even though my location is the main street of Cachoeirinha. What is even more absurd is that he wasn't even able to return and communicate. Complicated.
