I asked to change the lock a few days ago, I agreed on a price for the lock and the change at the store with the attendant, I scheduled for another day and everything was fine until then. However, on the day of the lock change, their employee, Mr. Pedro, installed the lock for me, after that he charged me a different amount than he had told me to avoid bothering me, I paid but when I went to test the lock, it was a bit heavy to turn and I asked him about it. He told me it was normal because it was new. However, over the weekend I had to call another locksmith because the door got stuck, then I asked the locksmith the reason and he told me it was poorly installed and broke from being forced, he had to change the lock again.
