Hello. I needed to make a key and the person who assisted me was the seamstress (very attentive) who works in the back. She herself found it strange that there was no one in the store, but insisted that I leave the key for a copy. I took the opportunity and paid for it. I returned 30 minutes later and the locksmith had not returned, another 30 minutes and nothing again... When I returned about 1 hour and 30 minutes after leaving the key, the guy who assisted me (I assume by his politeness, you yourself) didn't even respond to my "good morning", threw the key on the counter and sat down. The "surprise" when I got home: the key didn't work. 1 star is too much.
