I lost the key to the house where I stayed, the owner of the inn referred me to Chaveiro Ligeirinho, I called requesting the service, already thinking I would get ripped off! I was very well attended, from the call to having the keys in hand took less than 30 minutes, and that was because I was in Prumirim and they were in the Center. The gentleman who came was very polite and efficient. They charged a very fair price. I highly recommend.

I called "lingeirinho" to fix the electronic gate lock. The technician only arrived an hour after the agreed time (which by the way was close to them). It took less than 5 minutes to fix and I had to pay R$ 70. I found it a lack of honesty and professionalism. Never again!
