Customer service courtesy is zero, but the quality of the service manages to be even worse. For those in need, I recommend looking for another option. 80 reais for a core replacement that didn't last a week. That was my experience with him. Regrettable. Being the only one in the neighborhood, it is noticeable how he takes advantage of that.
