The electrician service was requested by Mapfre insurance and they sent a professional from Klava Assistence to repair a ceiling fan because it was running slowly. The professional who came to the residence said that the problem was the capacitor and made the repair. The fan increased speed, but not to maximum speed, so far so good. After he left, the fan started to smell burnt, I contacted them requesting a return and they said they could do nothing and that we should call the insurance company to replace the fan. The replacement of the fan is not a problem, the issue is that before their service it did not smell burnt and now even with the fan turned off, it is warm and smells burnt. Therefore, terrible service, zero professionalism, I do not recommend it to anyone and also a complaint to the insurance company.
