I found the people to be grumpy and rude starting with the receptionist. I watched the receptionist attend to a simple lady with little knowledge while the receptionist had no patience at all with her, and the guard standing behind thought the receptionist was right, giving her full support and even made a comment about the case. Public service of terrible quality! When it was my turn, once again she was very rude. The gentleman who attended me was irritated and impatient with the terrible quality machine that does not read fingerprints correctly. And so I had to take my fingerprint several times. I also saw that they unplug the phones to not attend to anyone. And the gentleman even said that I have to sign with my full name. And so he made me change my signature saying that he would return. I have several documents with my signature including federal documents and by his insistence, I had to change the signature on my ID. I feel very sorry for these unhappy people who hate their jobs. No one smiles in this place! I hope I don't have to return to this place!
