I looked for the store and was attended by a young guy. I explained the service I needed and gave him the key (of a car) for him to check, he told me it would cost a certain amount to fix. I asked for a little discount and he still gave it. After a few minutes and with the key disassembled, he said he thought better and that he had charged the wrong amount. He called his father and when he hung up he said the correct amount would be 2.5 times more expensive, but he would give me a discount. Even with this new amount and the discount, the service ended up being more expensive than the initial one. Well, I refused, we assembled the key and I took it to a locksmith in the center, who charged me the initial amount with the discount, since it was something simple. Sad, because I live nearby and could have valued the establishment. So, I advise researching the prices in the center before consulting them.

The old man is good at automotive service, but his son is bad at service and too slow. Ps: they are expensive, they charged me 40 reais to go to the place to open the car and wanted to charge another 40 reais to change a tiny piece that I ended up buying for 5, and changing it myself.
