The 3 stars are solely for the kindness of the lady who attended me. As for the key, it cost a high price (not to say otherwise) R$45 and to make matters worse, it didn't work. I went to the store on Saturday at 9 am to try to resolve it, but the locksmith, who claims to be 24 hours, was closed and when he attended me he said he couldn't fix the key at that moment. I went to another nearby locksmith and the old man solved my problem in 10 minutes.
