Worst key company. Trying to fix the key that was made where there is a service sign that is open until 6:30 PM, you can arrive at 6:10 PM and it will already be closed. You call the emergency phone and they say it has already closed. Lack of respect and service with the customer. Good thing there are other locksmiths better to fix the terrible service on the keys that won't open the door.

Mediocre service. And to deliver the stamp in 1 hour, more than double the price was charged. Since I have no way to respond to the owner's comment (I couldn't find a place to click for that purpose), I decided to use the "edit" of this comment without changing what I wrote before, just to add a response to the owner: I did not request any service other than the delivery in 1 hour, if this service is called express engraving, that's fine. I bought a stamp that cost R$22.00 and requested it in 1 hour, the attendant told me that to take it in 1 hour the price would be R$45.00. Since I urgently needed it, I paid the amount. I am not demeaning your store, you set the price you want for the service and the customer pays if they want. Just as I comment here what happened in the service provided to me by you, nothing but the truth. A hug and good sales.

The owners, besides generally being rude, do not care to use masks properly (since they don't seem to care about getting covid, at least they could use them to protect their customers from catching it in a closed environment with such close contact). The owner always wears it with his nose out (ALWAYS), and the owner walks around the store without a mask and will attend to you casually wearing it as a chin decoration. If you value safety during the pandemic, avoid.
