I have made key copies twice with this professional. And both times the copies did not work. The first time I thought it was my bad luck, but observing the other reviews I realized that the problem is with the locksmith.

I sent him photos of my lock to know how much it would cost, after that he lent me a key to remove my doorknob and said that I didn't need to remove the screw and if I needed it was easy.... The screw was all deformed and the wood was not good ... I had to go to the trouble to remove it and even then the screw didn't come out, but the entire lock did. When I arrived he said he wouldn't change the key cylinder like that for a room... He treated me like a child and with tremendous disdain. Based on the reviews, he didn't deserve even 2.4 stars.... Terrible professional and expensive (and person too) I wasted my work time on something that could have been resolved by message!
