You for this Mr. Nilson, he does not want to attend, he sends you to another person, she comes to your house at his request, you pay, if there is a problem, you call him... And!!! He says he can't do anything, that he cannot predict that the problem will occur and cannot attend immediately. That he has to go after the "guy" he sent here, and he doesn't even know where he is... Shame; because if the service is done right there is no return and if it occurs it should be a priority. In the end, I had to go after the supposed guy and solve the problem.. Terrible service for someone who has a business, right sir.
