1 star because it's not possible to give less. Simply terrible. Edit: Because of the poor quality lock and the terrible service provided, after 2 exchanges, and the 2nd time I got locked out, this time it was on the balcony of my apartment. I had to jump to the neighboring floor to escape, risking my life. The owner of the company, after responding to the call, charged again to open the door, considering I was only stuck outside my apartment thanks to the shoddy service done by them on 2 occasions + 1 repair. Total cost: R$ 560.00 to have to hire someone with a minimum of competence to solve the problem definitively. Ps – I will surely take appropriate measures.
