The service provider came to assist us from a distance of 11km to open the trunk door that had the key inside. In less than a minute, he opened the door. He wanted to charge 350 reais for the service. Totally abusive, he showed no empathy in charging this cost, there was no expense other than the travel. I paid 250 reais and even so, it was a high amount. I do not recommend this establishment as the provider takes advantage of the vulnerability of clients who need help! From what I observed in other reviews, he tends to act this way, unfortunately, I did not read it before! The return is certain.
