On 11/28/2018 my mother took the work materials (pliers and scissors) to sharpen, but the materials were not sharpened in an acceptable manner. Thus, on 11/29/2019 time was spent to take the materials again for correction. In summary, both attempts were a failure, and I add that the pliers and scissors were damaged. I feel wronged by the establishment, and I suggest that they think carefully before hiring this type of service.
