Contact via phone was not the best...

The service was quick and objective. My problem was solved.

I was well attended. There you can find locks, handles, casters, alarms, materials for electric fences.

They do not meet deadlines set by themselves, they replaced the plate brand/model with an inferior one and charged for the repair, labor, and materials that are more expensive in the city. I do not recommend them.

I installed an electronic gate a few years ago and everything was fine, the service was provided as agreed. Recently I had a problem with the track and they sent a technician to assess. After evaluation, the technician informed me that I needed to pay for the visit. At no point during the call was I told that there was a fee for the technician's visit! And the most interesting thing is that the visit fee is more expensive than the service to be done, which seems like a strategy to force you to make the repair. Here's a tip for the company: be transparent in the budget request, inform the conditions, and be open to negotiation. I paid for the repair but given my dissatisfaction, if I need it, I will not contact the company!
