I was going to stop by to make a copy of the gate remote on Friday and, since they closed early, they came to my work to get the original and then brought me both without additional cost (R$35.00). Except for the pick-up and drop-off, all contact was by phone. Remote working and, in my opinion, great service. They just need to correct the location on the map, as it is on the corner of 7 de Setembro with the Banrisul building, and not near the Santander Cultural.
