Worst key company. Trying to fix the key that was made where there is a service sign that is open until 6:30 PM, you can arrive at 6:10 PM and it will already be closed. You call the emergency phone and they say it has already closed. Lack of respect and service with the customer. Good thing there are other locksmiths better to fix the terrible service on the keys that won't open the door.

5-star service👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 The other day I had to break the core of my car key to be able to open it, of course I needed a LOCKSMITH, due to the pandemic I wanted to go to a local LOCKSMITH, right here in Navegantes, I went to MUNDO DAS CHAVES, I was poorly attended by someone named Ricardo, he gave me a quote that was approved for a quality service, which unfortunately did not happen. He said he could handle the service, but after he worked on it, it got worse, he said it was a problem with the bodywork, and that I would have to take it to a bodyworker, but that was just to clear himself and justify the poorly done service. I took it to the bodyworker who said everything was fine, but that the core of the key was not good, I went back to ask for his help with the bodyworker and of course I would pay for any new services and his travel, but he didn't want to assist me. Still during the service, he told another customer that the service was NABA on Monday, even though he was not obliged to take the service and I was not asking for a favor, I was paying. Unfortunately, we will have Procon involved, I don't even know if they will resolve it. But I do not recommend his workmanship, he is just a locksmith to make key copies and needs to improve a lot to be considered bad.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
