I am writing my complaint here because I couldn't resolve anything over the phone. On June 19th, I went to this locksmith and made a copy of my girlfriend's gate remote. When I arrived at her house, we tested the remote several times and it didn't work. I called the locksmith and informed them of the problem. The attendant told me that it would be necessary for a locksmith to go to the location, but since it was already late, they could only attend on Monday. I informed them that since we both work all day, there is no option during the week, only on weekends. They told me that it wouldn't be possible, as weekends are only for emergencies and there is a charge for the service. Given this problem, I asked to take the remote back and get my money refunded. That would solve the problem! But they told me that it wouldn't be possible. I then left my cell phone number and asked them to talk to their manager and get back to me. I waited, but without success. On June 20th, I returned to the locksmith, which had signs posted on its facade that it would open at 10:00. It was already 10:30 and there was no one there. I called all the numbers listed, until a guy answered and said it should already be open and would check what happened. To this day, I have not received a response from the locksmith and I leave my note of repudiation here.
