We called him to open our car, which had the key locked inside, we called him at 9 AM and informed him that we had urgency, he only came at 11:30 AM and said he had forgotten a tool, said he would be back, after noon I had to call another locksmith to come open the car. Terrible service, terrible punctuality, I do not recommend him even if he were the last locksmith in the country.
