We called him to open our car, which had the key locked inside, we called him at 9 AM and informed him that we had urgency, he only came at 11:30 AM and said he had forgotten a tool, said he would be back, after noon I had to call another locksmith to come open the car. Terrible service, terrible punctuality, I do not recommend him even if he were the last locksmith in the country.

Excellent service, the friendly lady who assisted was very polite and kind and in addition to her friendliness and good manners, she also solved the problem that had been caused by another "professional" from another establishment who had made the same key copy before and had treated me poorly and did not fix the problem caused by himself. The friendly lady not only made a key that works but also showed me where the error was from the locksmith of the other establishment. It was worth going there!!! I recommend Chaveiro Central on Rua do Príncipe.
