We requested the above service for the installation of security locks, as agreed the guy was on site for the installation. I will point out a few things that we found outrageous during the installation. 1° lack of appropriate equipment to carry out the work, the installer did not have a tape measure, a square to perform the job. 2° The few tools he had were all condemned, dirty where he touched the walls and door leaving several marks of dirt. 3° Lack of care with the client's belongings, I had to alert several times about dropping keys and drill bits on the porcelain tile, the door where the security lock was placed looked horrible with poor finishing, making us seriously consider changing the door. I asked him not to continue the installation as there was not the minimum condition. A tip, before offering a service, be absolutely sure that you know how to execute it.

Terrible work. A shame the service, they ruined a door. And they still think that scratches are normal on the door. I do not recommend.
