I went yesterday to see a problem with my car, and they said I would have to wait 30 minutes. Since I couldn't, I asked if we could schedule a time for today. They did. I arrived today, at the scheduled time and the responsible person was not there. I waited 15 minutes, asked the attendant if he was already arriving, she said she called and he was already coming, I waited another half hour and nothing. What's the point of scheduling a time then? If they are not going to be there to attend, then they shouldn't schedule.
