The employee provides great service, but the owner is extremely arrogant and rude. I still don't understand the attitude of a person who works with the public not knowing how to deal with the public. Not even a good morning, much less looked at my face. I did the service out of necessity but do not recommend.

Terrible work and customer service. I asked for a gold nose piercing (hoop) to be made in January, I used it, and in less than two months it turned completely black. I went to the store and exchanged it, used it again, and the same situation happened again. If it were real gold, I am sure this wouldn't happen. Disappointed with the work and the money I spent. I would like to know if you exchange or refund my money? And I no longer have the receipt because when I went to complain the first time, you took the receipt and didn't return it.
