I just bought a car that only had the spare key, I got two complete keys with alarm plate and key code, he said he would have them ready for use for value X, since I was going to take the car there I also wanted to change the two front door locks that were a bit loose, he confirmed the service at the agreed time the night before and the service would be performed at his establishment, I arrived early there and waited, and the locksmith did not show up, I sent him some messages and he was always online but did not view my messages nor say that he could no longer attend to me, after 8 hours of the message sent he viewed it but didn't even bother to try to reschedule the service and left me hanging, I went to the competitor where I was promptly attended, they did the service and surprised me with the same price so be ALERT because I believed that Dimas was more affordable but that was not the case here, now everything is working perfectly, the new locksmith erased the lost key from my central, and on top of that provided me with the unlock code, in the end he even gave me another discount of almost 10% and apologized for the delay, even though I thought the service was quick, especially compared to not being attended at all, even with a prior appointment... I do not recommend this locksmith...
