Terrible experience I had on Saturday, I made copies of 4 keys, I live in Carapicuíba, I got home and the copies were wrong, they didn't open the gate, I went back on Monday, I was attended by a guy who seemed to me to be an apprentice, the lack of firmness in his words worried me, I accepted the apologies, now the keys will be good, that was already Tuesday, I got home in Carapicuíba, again the keys didn't work, wrong again, I called again on Wednesday and it was another person who answered on WhatsApp and was very rude by the way, didn't even let me speak, considering they did a bad job, anyway there I go on Wednesday, third day, sigh, after this visit finally the copies opened, I ended up spending much more going back and forth in those 3 days than for the copies, I do not recommend to anyone, first and last time, terrible experience, rating 0.
