Terrible service and lack of commitment to the customer. I scheduled a time for the locksmith to come to the house I am moving to (at 3:30 PM) and, due to an emergency service (according to Balula), the locksmith would be late. I asked if he would finish by 4:00 PM and after that by 5:00 PM, as Balula did not return to answer or provide any satisfaction. If the service is not possible, I believe it is the responsibility of the service provider to inform the requester, so I don't waste my time. Not to mention the disregard upon arriving at the establishment, where Balula himself saw that a small line of people was forming for service and didn't even bother to ask us to wait, he just looked at us, turned his back, and continued doing what he was doing. The extra star is for the variety of products, tools, and utensils sold at the establishment only.
