Yesterday I went to the office to request the service of opening a locked door, the locksmith went to the location and realized that he did not have the necessary tools to do the job, he said he would return to the office and come back with the right tools in 20 minutes to the residence. More than an hour passed, without any news, making me wait, until I called and they told me it would take another hour and thirty minutes to provide the service. In summary, I was not attended to and they made me lose a day of work for nothing.
