The site says that the order can be placed via WhatsApp. I placed the order in two days, why do they take ages to respond? Today when the lady said it would be ready, I sent a message to see if it really was, and so far I haven't received a reply.

I usually only rate the stars but in this case, I make a point to comment on the terrible service of one of the store's employees, who I believe is the owner. I requested a simple exchange of rubber/pad at the physical store and was attended by a lady who, despite showing difficulty in service, was very friendly. Due to the difficulty, the aforementioned employee arrived in the middle of the service and explained, in a rushed and tangled manner, how the process would be and how long it could take. Being the first contact, I imagined that he might be having a bad day or something like that or that he thinks THIS is direct and efficient service. I paid, took the receipt, and to avoid any unforeseen events, I left to pick up the product two days later. Returning to the store, the employee was attending to another person and a young man who had just arrived asked how he could help me. I explained, handed over the receipt, and waited for him to bring the stamp. When testing it, I noticed that one of the words was missing an accent and asked if the accent wouldn't fit on the stamp. The employee intervened AGAIN in the middle of a service (if he had done it subtly, okay, but it was the same way as the first time) and said that it might not fit in the stamp's font. I said, "Okay. I just asked because a professional stamping documents with an incorrect stamp is not very good." He started with the same smile and ironic tone as the first time and said that "the stamp is not wrong. It is just MISSING ACCENT and that if it were the person's name it would make a difference, but since it wasn't, everything was fine." This gentleman clearly does not know how to admit the error of the service and prefers to be ironic and mocking rather than at least offer a solution that would satisfy both the customer and the service (I had already said twice that there was no problem... that it was fine, but that it was NOT RIGHT). I don't know what kind of audience this gentleman serves, but a professional stamping official documents with a stamp that has spelling errors, to me, is negligence. Once again, I said there was no problem but made it clear that he was not right and received in return the same ironic smile he had already given. If the gentleman does not know how to handle a simple situation like this, I can only imagine how he resolves the big problems that arise in his store. Thank you in advance for making me sure that if I need service again, I will go to any other store EXCEPT yours.
